This study was designed to evaluate the oral dosage probiotics Saccharomyces. boulardii and Lactobacillus. Planetarium, on Rabbits lipids profile which contain total cholesterol, triglycerides ,LDLs, HDLs and VLDLs in Rabbits bloods. The rabbits were divided into four treatments Each subjected as the followings : treatment A; used as a negative control. treatment B; sub divided into four groups: group1 used as a positive control and other three groups were oral dosage with 100µl100gm wightday with S. boulardii, S. boulardii & Lb. Planetarium and Lb. Planetarium. treatments C and D, the dose used was 200and 300µl100gm wightday. The results showed declined the total Cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein (LDLs) and very low-density lipoprotein (VLDLs) in treated rabbits as compared with control and increasing in the HDL levels. The study showed that treatment dosage with 300µl100gm wight day was the beast in lowered the total cholesterol which reached 58.83 mg ̸100dl, triglyceride 71.12 mg ̸100dl, low density lipids (LDLs) 4.79 mg ̸100dl and very low-density lipoprotein (VLDLs) 14.22 mg ̸100dl and increase the HDL levels to 39.82 mg ̸100dl comparing with other treatments and control which was 71.34 ,114.74,19.34,22.95 and 30.01 mg ̸100dl respectively.

Detection of microbial contamination in herbal slimming available in local markets

This study included the investigation of microbial contamination for some slimming herbs available in our local markets which demand has increased in recent times. (12) sample were randomly collected from herbs and from some pharmacies in different parts of Baghdad. Results were obtained from biological tests , which included examination of the total aerobic bacteria count, total coliform bacteria count, also examine fecal coliform E. coli and total staphylococcus bacteria count, finally total count of Mold and Yeast. A significant difference ( 0.05 >p ) were shown for all samples, as well as all dilutions studied except third dilution of total coliform count and second and third dilution of fecal coliform that showing no significant differences NS in studied samples.

A total of 328 seminal fluid samples were collected from infertile patients with various types of infertility; Azoospermia, oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia, teratozoospermia aged between 19 to 60 years, in comparison with control group (Normospermia) for the period from 25/3/2013 to 17/8/2013. The following results had been obtained:-
The interleukins (IL-1α and IL-18) concentration were measured in the present study by using enzyme linked Immune sorbent assay (ELISA). The result illustrated that there are highly significant correlation between IL-1α concentration in infertile patients and bacterial infection .
There are elevation in IL-1α concentration reached to 35.9 mg/dl in comparison with uninfected infertile patients and control group (2.95 and 2.88) mg/dl respectively .
It has been found elevation of IL-18 concentration in infertile patients with bacterial infection reached to 394.15mg/dl and 214.97 and 186.74 mg/dl for uninfected infertile patients and control group respectively with highly significant differences between concentration of IL-18 (P˂0.001) .
All of these findings evidenced that there are strong relationships between immunological markers (Immunoglobulin ;IgG , IgM ,IgA and cytokines ;IL-1α and IL-18) that measured in various groups with bacterial infections may be enhanced immunological responses –especially –in infected infertile patients in comparison with other group.

Inducing of callus production and anticancer vinblastine and vincristine from Catharanthus roseus in vitro using Trichoderma harzianum and Fusarium oxysporum fungi in different techniques .

Experiment was carried out in 2014/2015 in Labs. Of agriculture collage to study the effect of Trichoderma harzianum and Fusarium oxysporum on callus inducing and production of anticancer vinblastine and vincristine in vitro from leaves of Catharanthus roseus. Callus was induced using different combinations of plant growth regulators 1+1 ,2+2, 3+3 mg/L 2,4-D and BA ,the fungi were added to the tissue culture medium /MS by two ways first direct on callus till covering and second way as extract with MS medium in percent 10% volume/volume . Results showed that the best combination was 1+1 mg/L 2,4-D and BA with significant differents compared with all treatments. Fungi gave increase in quantities of bioactive compounds and the high value was for F. oxysporum as direct inoculation to callus 35.750 ug/g vincristine and 40.620 ug/g vinblastine followed by fungi extract treatment which gave 32.413 ug/g vincristine and 34.512 ug/g for bioactive compound vinblastine with significant different compared with control treatment which gave 1.870 ug/g vincristine and 2.120 ug/g vinblastine ( Plant leaves extract) .

The Aquatic Plant Ceratophyllum demersum used as bioindicator to study the Bioaccumulation factor of some trace element into food chain in Euphrates river in south of Iraq .This study deals with six trace elements (Cd , Co , Fe, Pb ,Zn ) in the aquatic system :water – sediment – aquatic plant , to investigate bioaccumulation of these elements by using C. demersum from Euphrates river in south of Iraq seasonally from Autumn 2010 to summer 2011.The trace elements were studded in dissolved and particulate phase of water and in sediment and in soft tissues of C. demersum .and recorded bioaccumulation factor :( 3046.17 , 4922.52 , 10927.6 , 8735 , 6436.2 , 10865.6 ) respectively . The statistical analysis didn't show a significant correlation between most element in sediment and total organic carbon in addition to sediment texture .In conclusion the trace elements concentration in particulate phase was higher than their concentrations in the dissolved phase , sediment and aquatic plant , and the present study recorded value of trace element in : particulate phase < sediment < aquatic plant

Use Alga Ankistrodesmus falcatus (Corda)Ralfs as Bioindicator to evaluated the level of Impact of Exposure to Pesticides on Green Algae in aquatic system

In the current study the cells of pure culture media of alga Ankistrodesmus falcatus was used as a bioindicator in monitoring and follow-up to the expected bio-effects in biomass of green algae in the aqueous medium when exposed to different concentrations of organic phosphorus pesticide known commercially (Chemogos). Five concentrations of Chemogos (1, 2, 3, 4,and 5 mg/l) were introduced as an environmental contaminant in cells culture medium of algae for 24,48,72,96 and 120 hour, under laboratory conditions controlled by a temperature of 26 ±2 Cº, 380µ E/m, with photicsystem 16: 8 hour light: dark. Bio and toxic effect criteria of the pesticide in algae biomass, growth rate and absorbance value has been applied through estimated the rate of inhibition and then estimate the average of effective concentration EC50.
The results showed that all of examined concentrations specially 2,3,4,5ppm of pesticide have a clear effect on growth rate and absorbance value; It scored the fewest total of cells number and intensity of absorbency (1.400 × 106 cell/ml and 0.032 nm) When the transaction is focusing 5ppm after 120 of the treatment time, compared with the control sample which recorded (3.049 × 106 cell/ml and 0.116 nm) respectively, and the results also obtained that this pesticide have a great toxic effect for cells of studied alga, as was the arrangement EC50 values (2.71, 3.07,4.91,4.93,5.72) mg/l after treatment during 24,48,72,96,120 hours of treatment time.

Study of some physiochemical characteristics of Bahr Al- Najaf waters in Al- Najaf Al-Ashraf / Iraq

Trials were conducted at four different stations for five months (February to June) of 2015. to examine some of the physical and chemical characteristics of Bahr Al- Najaf waters in Al- Najaf Al-Ashraf / Iraq. The study measured (pH) , Electrical Conductivity( EC),water Temperature, Salinity, Turbidity, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Total Dissolve Solid (TDS), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Total Hardness (TH),Ions of Calcium (Ca + 2), Magnesium (Mg + 2), Chloride (Cl-1), Sulfate (SO4-2), Potassium (K + 1), Sodium (Na + 1), Bicarbonate (HCO3-2) and Total Organic Carbon (TOC).
Results showed that the highest mean of water Temperature, Turbidity, Sodium and Potassium ions in June at station (4) amounted to (31C◦, 15.5NTU, 6105 mg / L and 4510mg / L), respectively. The highest Electrical Conductivity, Salinity, Total Dissolved Solids, Chloride ion and Suspended Solids in June at station (2) which were (47 ms / cm, 31.3ppt, 44400 mg / L ,39.3 mg / L and 699783mg / L ), respectively. The highest pH in station (4) in May reached (10) and the highest values of Dissolved Oxygen, Calcium and Sulfates ions in February at stations ( 3,1and 2), respectively, which reached (6.83, 14428.8 and 7155.98) mg / L, respectively. The Total hardness, Magnesium ion and Total Organic Carbon material recorded the highest means value in February at the stations (2,2and 4), respectively. They were (132000 mg / L, 28742.03 mg / L and 1.7%), respectively. Most of the lowest means were recorded in February at station (1) .

Comparative histological study of liver in male Anas crecca

The current study was conducted in the laboratory of histology for Graduate Studies in the Department of biology/ College of Education for women / University of Kufa . The study included, histological study to the liver in male ten birds Anas crecca. The aims of this study were achieved to estimate histological charecterstic and structers in Anas crecca.
The results of the current study showed Histological study explained the liver in Anas crecca surrounded by a thin layer of dense connective tissue called Glissons capsule. The liver is divided into unclear and irregular lobules. The central vein represent the core of each lobule. From the central vein , the hepatic laminae which consist of one to two hepatic cell layer were branched, anastomosing, and radially extend to the periphery of the lobule. Blood sinusoids

lining with endothelium and few number of large, irregular Kupffer cells in their sinusoids lumen. The hepatocyte which have one or two nucleus in each cell made the skeleton of paranchyma of liver. The lobules surrounded perpherally by portal area which made from dense connective tissues , it constituetes of portal vein, hepatic artrey, and bile duct, in addition to lymphatic vesseleswhich lining by endothelium. These structures are wide and have high density of connective tissue and the three structures have wide diameter near the liver hilum from that in the center of the liver.

Synergistic effect between Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner and Metarhizium anisopliae (Metschnikoff) Sorokin against Chrysomya albiceps larvae (Wiedemann, 1819)(Diptera: Calliphoridae) under laboratory conditions

Commercial microbial pesticide based on bacterial pathogen Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis B.t.i. (Antrol) and fungus pathogen Metarhizium anisopliae, were applied alone and in combinations against larvae of blow fly Chrysomya albiceps under laboratory conditions.
The study showed that using two concentrations of B. thuringiensis israelensis (100 and 200 ppm) and M. anisopliae 2.8×106 and 2.8×107 conidia/ml) by mixing the food of second instar larvae of Ch. albiceps and direct spraying the larvae with fungal suspension led to high and rapid mortalities more than using the pathogen alone. The accumulated mortalities when treating the combination B (2.8×106 conidia/ml +200 ppm) of M. anisopliae and B.t.i. respectively and direct spraying with fungus suspension was 86.67%, while those mortalities when using the bacterial suspension and fungal suspension alone was 56.67% and 16.67% respectively.
Results also showed that mortality percent increases with time e.g. it was 36.67% after 24 hr. of the treatment with B combination increased to 84.67% after 12 days. While the treatment with the bacterial suspension caused 10% mortality after 24 hr increased to be 54.44% after 12 days, while using fungal suspension alone did not cause any mortality after 24 hr but after 12 days mortality increased up to 13.70% only.
These results indicated that using a combination of two pathogens has a synergistic effect.

Investigation of some virulence factors in pathogenic bacterium Escherichia coli urinary tract *

This study aimed to phenotypic detection of some virulence factors of uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) associated with urinary tract infection. A total of 150 urine sample have been collected from patient suffering from UTI whom admitted to AL- Najaf AL-Ashraf hospitals from both gender, involved 107 urine samples for female with aged group range between 14-50 years and 43 urine samples from male with age group range between 8-45 years. The results of microscopic, phenotypic and biochemical test showed that only 30 isolates were belong to UPEC in which 24 (22.42%) isolates from female and 6(13.95%) isolates from male.
PCR technique has been used to detect the serotype of UPEC by using O15 and O25 serotype gene and the results of gel electrophoresis showed that only 5(16.66%) isolates were belong to O15 by appearing of amplicon with 183 bp while 6(20%) isolates were belong to O25 with 230 bp of amplicon .
Phenotypic detection of some virulence factors in UPEC has been carried out. The results revealed that all isolates (100%) were biofilm formation in which the range of optical density (OD) of biofilm formation isolates were 0.12 – 0.4 at 640 nm wave length measured by spectrophotometer. Also the ability of UPEC to produce alkaline phosphotase has been detected by measuring the diameter of phospholytic zone and the results showed that all isolates were alkaline phosphotase producer with 10.33-21 mm phospholytic zone. On the other hand the results indicated that all isolates were capsule producer while they have not the ability to produce protease

The frozen foods such as frozen chicken which is one of the most food consumed at the present time as consumption ratio could reach 32% at the same time represents the center of the chicken diet suitable for the growth of many bacteria and in turn leads to increased health risks for humans.
The study included 70 frozen chicken sample from the origins of different (Turkish chicken 18 samples, Iranian chicken 18 samples, Saudi chicken 17 sample, chicken local sponsor 17 sample) found that the highest contamination rate was in Turkish chicken samples (21.4%) after Saudi chicken samples (20% ) then the sponsor (15.7%) and the lowest rate was in Iranian chicken samples (8.6%).

The study was carreid out in the plastic house of Biology Department/Education Collage for Girls/Kufa University in the winter sesean starting from 1/10/2013 until 1/4/2014 .The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of salt concentration (10 , 50 ,100) mM NaCl in some anatomical parameters for leaves of two tomato plant hybrids (Lycoersicon esculentum Mill.)Sandra and Shehera . The study of antomical sections in plant leaves which exposed to salt stress showed agradual reduced in thickness of layers that compsed to high salt concentrations . one other head , cuticle layer was thikness increase due to the gradual increas in salt concentration.Therefor, reduced the total leaf thickness than leaf thickness in control plant.

This study was carried at the date palm Hillawiat a private orchard in Abi El-Khassib district, Basrah Governorate, to investigate effect of growth regulator sprays GA3 and four concentrations of 0,50,100,150 mg.L-1 and two 18 / 6 and 18 / 7 in some changes anatomy of the fruits. results showed that first period increased significantly of layers thickness Exocarp, Outer Mesocarp , inner Mesocarp, Tanniferrous cell, and the thickness of the stone, reaching values (127.4 µm, 0.873 mm, 2.95 mm, 0.546 mm, 0.083 µm), respectively. Bicombination treatment (the first period and 150 mg.L-1 GA3) recorded significant increase of layer thickness Exocarp, Outer Mesocarp, inner Mesocarp, , Tanniferrous cell, and the thickness of the stone cell (159.9 µm,1.800 mm, 4.22 mm, 0.859 mm, 0.123 µm) respectively. 150 mg.L-1 GA3 concentration recorded significant increases of the anatomical characteristics of the studied.

The implementation of the differentiation of DNA random Altdhaafee analysis (RAPD) Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA to prepare DNA for 10 varieties of rice plants. It was detected discrepancies between the pieces multiplying each category (numbers and molecular sizes) after the deportation of the outputs of multiplication of the samples on the gel and Alokaros Tsbagha methyl Alathidiom. Was chosen starting 27 which showed output doubled differentiated between studied varieties as those prefixes 290 different package Polymorphic bands showed out of 381 package College (major).
First of all Mokhtar produced between 30 package (OPT-12) to 131 package (OPB-17). The size ranged multiplying outputs (DNA amplicons) from 100 base pairs (OPY-04) and (OPC-04) to 4000 base pairs (OPT-12). The largest number of disparate packages (hetero) (23 Pack) triggered by the initiator OPA-02)), while it appeared that the least number of disparate packages (2 Pack), which resulted by the initiator (OPF-05). Prefixes have varied in their ability to find different types of lines between studied varieties polymorphic RAPD profile might find the DNA of the varieties of rice under study and that reflect a variety of features of individual specific DNA (fingerprinting).
The efficiency of the initiator in ranged between 0.228 (primer OPB-18) to 0.039 in (primer OPX-15). It found in this study that the initiator (OPA-02) had a higher ability to distinguish (discriminatory power) either the initiator (OPT-12) had a higher multiple forms polymorphism (variation formal), while the initiator OPF-05 has the lowest value of the ability to discrimination .

This study was carried out in Albargh district ( 30) km northern east Kerbala city during the winter season of 2013 – 2014 starting from Nov.,8th ,2013 till April,18th, 2014. The aim of the study was to improve the ability of wheat plant by the addition of Algidex as a foliar fertilizer to the irrigation with saline water and the effect of wheat cultivars and their interactions on the growth , Tillers , number of leaves , flag leaf area , the absolute growth and relative growth
Factorial experiment within Completely Randomized Design (CRD ) was adopted. The 1st factor represented two types of irrigation water(i.e.river water and saline water) ,the 2nd factor represented three concentrations of Algidex ( i.e. 0, 0,5 and 1.0) g.l _1, and the 3rd factor represented five wheat cultivars( i.e. Iraq , IPA–95,Fateh , Sham 6 and Sali) with three replicates . The experiment was as pots experiment 7 kg soil capacity ,20 seeds were sown in each pot on Nov.8th , 2013 thinned to 7 seedlings 15 days later.Foliar application was carried out three times during the experiment period i.e. on Dec. 13th ,2013 , on Feb. 16th , 2014 and on March, 15 th, 2014. Data were statistically analyzed and means were compared using least significant difference (L .S.D) at 0.05 probability level .
Results could be summarized as follow :
Affected the moral qualities of the varieties under study as it gave Cham Class 6 the highest values in the number of tillers , number of leaves , the absolute growth rate, relative growth , giving valuable 4.772 , 15.630 , 0.038 , 0.0088 . Respectively . As the irrigation water quality has been achieved in the treatment of river water higher values in plant height , number of tillers , and the number of securities , it has been equally divided, the water quality in a number of qualities are flag leaf area , the absolute growth and relative growth

This study has been done through the period between December, 2012 to November, 2013; samples were collected during low tide on the Shatt al-Arab River in Shafi area. Some a biotic ecological factors was studied (such as water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, pH, nitrates, and phosphates). Total catches fishes were 965 from all species presence in the study area, represent 9 species belong to 6 families; all these species were "Osteichthyes".Mugilidea family was the dominant compare to all fish families, three local (A. mossulensis - A. marmid - L. abu) three marine (A. latus - L. subviridis - T. ilisha) and three alienate species (C. auratus- T.zillii P. sphenops). Which reoresent Five resident species, two seasonal species and two rare species were found. The diversity index was range between 1.26-1.85 during January and June, the eveness index was 0.71 in January and 0.91 in February, March and September, the richness index was between 1.61 in December, February, and 2.08 in May, June, July and August.

Some food directories assessment of fish Alnkaror planned Pomadasysstridens in the Iraqi / Northwest marine waters of the Arabian Gulf

We have studied the nature of the fish food Alnkaror planned Pomadasysstridens in the Iraqi marine waters north-west of the Arabian Gulf for the period from January to December 2012. The samples were collected by a ship of Marine Science Center and Research Department which was purchased from the fish market in Faw. It analyzed the contents of the contagious 92 fish total length ranged from 210.5 - 90.2 mm and weights between 134.77- 56.58 g, were identified on the food installation using the method of numerical presence and the way and the manner in volumetric analysis of each food ingredient, according to guide the relative importance of each food ingredient. Reached the highest value (100%) of the feeding activity in April and May and July and August, while it reached its lowest value (54%) of the feeding activity in December and June monthly, while the highest value (10.4 degrees / fish) to the severity of malnutrition in August and the lowest value ( 3.42 degrees / fish) in the month of December. Found that Alnkaroralamkhtt Fish animal nutrition and food analysis results showed that crustaceans occupies the first rank, where the relative importance between her guide (79-97%), followed by small fish evidenced by the relative importance between (20-94%), then Alnem (squid and bi shells) evidence relative importance between (20-77)%.

The study of the bacterial content of chicken meat killing on Islamic method and the effect of the blood remains , and storage in Karbala markets

This study shows microbial content in the three type of chicken meat , first (Almzkah) the chicken killing on Islamic method ,second (non Almazkah ) chicken meat killing without Islamic method and third chicken meat killing with remain the blood in the blood vessels from local market in Karbala city and effect of storage under freezing condition in microbial content like Pseudomonas , Salmonella , Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli ,total count of yeast and molds and total count of non-aerobic bacteria Clostridium in this type of meat .This study shows large differentiation in microbial content between these types of meat and the result shown the genus Pseudomonas highest number of bacterial in meat and it not effected by freezing condition and then Staphylococcus aureus second contamination chicken meat, then Salmonella spp. , E. coli and final find the yeast Saccharomyces cerbesia , and there is no an-aerobic bacteria Clostridium .

A study of some environmental characteristics , isolation and identification of some marine fungi from Thi-Qar marshes.

A survey of marine fungi growing on plant debris in Thi-Qar marshes have been studied during March , 2012 – March , 2013. Fifteen species of marine fungi were isolated , Imperfect fungi consist seven species viz Camarosporium roumeguerii , Dictyosporium pelagicum , Monodictys pelagica , Phoma laminariae , P. marina , Stagonospora haliclysta and Trichocladium achrasporum , while eight species were belonging to Asmomycota viz Aniptodera chesapeakensis , Leptosphaeria marina , L. neomaritima , Mycosphaerella pneumatophora , Pleospora pelagica , Verruculina enalia , Zopfiella latipes and Z . marina . Some environmental characteristics of water samples from four stations in Thi-Qar marshes were determined. Water temperatures ranging between 130 – 360 C . Water was neutral or weak alkaline , pH values of water samples were ranging between 7.4 – 8.1 , while the water salinity was ranging between 0.96‰ – 2.36 ‰ .

An experiment was conducted in a Faculty of education for Girls/ Kufa university .Laboratories to test the effect of allelochemical compounds released from (Zea mayse L.) residues on(Helianthus annuus L.) Plants, and determined whether the reduction in growth of sunflowercrop rotation was due to toxicity of corn residues.Results showed that the residues of corn significantly reduced vegetative and root growth .also, Aqueous extracts of rice significantly reduced seed germination and seedling growth of sunflower.The toxicity of the residues appeared two weeks after residues decomposition of soil and continue for six weeks.also results strongly suggest the toxicity effect of corn causative factor responsible of sunflower growth reduced .

Seeds planted three varieties of maize (Srour 0.5018, Baghdad-3) in a plastic pot capacity of 10 kg in a field near the holy city of Karbala in the agricultural season in 2012 July. Sagit pots with a capacity field of 50 and 100% and sprayed the plants with acid proline concentrations Sefrou, 50, 150 or 100 mg / L. He studied the effect of water stress and acid proline in the average absorption and transport of nutrients N, K, P, Ca or Mg in the roots of plants. The results showed that spraying acid proline concentration of 100 mg / L may outweigh the moral in the average absorption and transport of food elements under study for the rest of concentrations. Field capacity surpassed 100% in these moral qualities of the elements under consideration except the element K outperforming field capacity 50% to 100% field capacity. As for varieties of Baghdad may be greater than -3 on others moral categories in the absorption and transport elements Mg, Ca, K while the product was higher than 5018 was significant for the uptake and transport elements N and P on the other cultivars. The present study conducted to determine the efficacy of aqueous and ethanolic fruits extracts of melia azedarach on adult reproductive capacity and longevity The result showed that the cold water or ethanolic alcohol extracts for fruits or leaves of Sibabhah caused negative effects on female fecundity، where the lowest average number of eggs per female (65.67, 41.33) when adults exposure to 35 mg/ml ethanolic alcohol extracts for fruits and leaves respectively , and these extracts caused relativity low eggs hatching percentage in all concentrates which used in the present study , where the lower hatching percentage (85.67, 88.00).% When adults exposure to 35 mg / ml alcohol extracts for fruits and leaves respectively , while no effects showed on eggs incubation period , there are inverse correlation between extracts concentration and adult longevity percentage, the results showed that the etanolic alcohol extracts for fruits and leaves caused the lowest adult (male and female ) longevity percentage compared with result of cold water extracts .

In the present study, a new record for the M. nipponense Samples collected by a network with a radius of 30 cm for the period from August 2014 until July 2015 of three stations in the Al-Kufa River, the first station is located north bridge Imam Ali and the second near the trocar Nissan , The third leg near the old Kufa bridge , Study the effect of environmental factors on the presence and the spread of shrimp river M. nipponense which belong to the Order Decapoda , The highest density of shrimp river (63.58) individual / m3 at the first station in the October month and disappeared in all study stations. in January month and February month . Lower and upper limits for water temperature (13 - 30.4) C0 , pH (6.8 - 9.6) , dissolved oxygen (2.9 - 9.1) mg / L , electrical conductivity (1162-2055) µs/ cm and salinity (0.7 - 1.31) ppt, total hardness (210 – 930) mg / L and calcium ion ( 119 – 380) mg / L. Environmental measurements showed that there is a positive correlation between shrimp river density and all of the water temperature , dissolved oxygen,the electrical conductivity, salinity and calcium ion relationship, also found an inverse relationship between the shrimp river density and all of pH and total hardness.

The current study was conducted for the period from October 2014 / until September 2015 /, which aims to assess the effect of ethanolic extract for Iraqi propolis either alone or mixed with hydatid cyst fluid in the effectiveness of the immune system of albino male rats infected with protoscolices of the Echinococcus granulosus parasite . The results of the physiological blood parameter test of albino male rats showed that the impact of the treatments led to a significant increase in the level of probability of less 0.01 and 0.05 in the total number of red blood cells and platelets and hemoglobin and and the total number of white blood cells, that they were the highest in the 7th group (given ethanolic extract of propolis orally every day for a week and then injected with hydatid cyst fluid subcutaneously for one time only and after two weeks infected by the protoscolices intraperitoneally), reaching 9.23 × 106 cells / mm3, 683.67 ×103 plate / mm3, 17 g / dl, and 14.46 × 103 cells / mm3, respectively, compared to positive control, to the 2nd group (positive control - infected by the protoscolices intraperitoneally and injected with phosphate buffered saline subcutaneously for one time only) which amounted to 7.2 ×106 cells / mm3, 474.33 ×103 plate / mm3, 13.86 g / dl, and 10.43 ×103 cells / mm3, respectively. While the results of the differential count of white blood cells showed that there are significant effect at the level of probability of less than 0.05 in the percentage increase in lymphocytes and neutrophils and the highest percentage in the 7th group, which was 81.4% and 17.4%, respectively, compared to the positive control, which amounted to 78.1% and 15.1%, respectively, as noted a significant decrease in the level of probability of less than 0.05 in the percentage of monocytes , eosinophils and it reached its lowest percentage in the 7th group , where 1% of the monocytes and 0.1% for each of eosinophils and basophils compared to positive control, which amounted to 4.1%, 2.1% and 0.6%, respectively.

To reach a natural treatment free from any side effects that can occur with chemical medicines used in the treatment of Leishmania donovani , this study was conducted by taking sweet almond extract ( Prunus dulcis) with concentration 30%, 60%, 90% and its adding to Leishmania in addition working control tube and exposing the parasite to that extract at one minutes time and 120 minutes and the result was activated the parasites that exposed to extract at one minutes time and inhibited it at 120 minutes time . Statistical analysis with T-test with level P < 0.05 was used which proved the existence of significant differences of the effect of sweet almond extract on the parasite of leishmaniasis .Thus, conclusion of the study that the leishmaniasis parasite untreated with the extract (control) needs to certain conditions or certain operation for growth and reproduction , and the sweet almond extract has influence of opposite or private mechanical include stimulate the vitality and then inhibition it . There is a certain concentration of the extract that may be more effective than other concentrations of the same extract in an inhibiting the vitality of Visceral Leishmaniasis , where the increasing of concentration or its decreasing about the specified limit may adversely affect on the result of working the extract.

This study has been achieved to show the effect of adding chitosan to the fodder in the productive Performance (450) broiler chickens which are non sexed of Ross 308, These chickens are of one-day-old and have been distributed randomly into six treatments : three repetition for every single treatment (every repetition consists of 25 broiler chickens).The First treatment is a controlling one that is free of any addition ; while the treatments from the second to sixth include addition (0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1) g/kg fodder successively(1-35) days. The findings indicate that the addition of chitosan leads to significantly increase body weight of the chicken in the fifth week (P<0•05) and the average of total daily gain weight increase for the treatments T4, T5, T6, and adding (0.6, 0.8 and 1)g/kg chitosan results in significantly increase (P<0•05) for the total consumption average of fodder for the treatments T4 compared to T1 and T3, and no significantly observed in the average of feed conversion compared with the control treatment.

This study carried out on sportsman groups in some trans centers in Karbala . (40) male volunteers of the sports man which taken on for this nutritional supplement by mouth, and classified into four groups, the first in clouds (10) sportsman smokers which take for the nutritional supplement , and the second group was (10) sportsman nonsmokers which take for nutritional supplement . the third group was (10) sportsman smokers which non taken for nutritional supplement and the fourth group was (10) sportsman which nonsmokers and non-taken for nutritional supplement which use as control group.
The study was aimed to determine the effect of some nutritional supplement on some levels of enzymes ( AST ) and ( ALT ) and levels of protein such as total protein, albumin and globulin levels of blood sugar and testosterone hormone and some biochemical parameters such as cholesterol, triglycerides, High density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein in this study comes up with the following result
1- Significant increase (P> 0.05) in mean levels of concentration enzymes ( AST ) and ( ALT) and levels of blood sugar and cholesterol, triglycerides and low density lipoprotein for three groups to the sportsman which taken and non taken the nutritional supplement, smokers and nonsmokers compared with control group.
2- Significant increase (P> 0.05) in mean levels of concentration of total protein for two groups to the sportsman which taken for the nutritional supplement, in both smokers and nonsmokers compared with control group.
3- Non Significant (P<0.05) in mean levels of concentration of total protein in sportsman group non taken for the nutritional supplement smokers, compared with control group.
4- Significant decrease (P> 0.05) in mean levels of concentration of testosterone hormone and high density lipoproteins compared with control group.
5- Non Significant (P<0.05) in mean levels of concentration of albumin and globulin for three groups to the sportsman which taken and non taken for the nutritional supplement, in both smokers and non smokers compared with control group.

100 samples of paraffin wax were excised from 50 women with tumors of breast glandular (Fibroadenoma )( FA) and 50 women with Ductal Carcinoma (DC) breast cancer, of some private laboratories and histopathological laboratory in Al-Sadr Medical City, were diagnosed Clinical stage and Histological
grades of samples tumors breast ductal. PCR technique was used in order to detect gene mutation in delAG 185 in exon 2 and insC 5382 in exon 20 in BRCA1 on chromosome 17, and del T 6174 Exon 11 in BRCA2 on chromosome 13 .
T-test revealed significant differences (p <0.001) between the ages , (44.47± 10.6 years; 25.38 ± 7.68years) of women with DC and FA respectively,. PCR technique was indicated lack of BRCAs mutations in FA, so BRACs mutations showed high significance( p<0.0001) when compared DC (40%) to FA (0%). Highly significanct frequency (p˂0.001) of mutations in BRCA1 14 ((28% ) compared to BRCA2 6 (% 12) in DC. as well as significant difference (P <0.05) when compared frequency% of 185delAG 8 (16%) to 5382insC 6(12)%) in the BRCA1 and 6174 delT 6(12%) in BRCA2
BRCA2 mutations repeated more group aged (≥40 years) while BRCA1 be more frequent at the aged forty years upwards.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of phenolic extract of flowers beauty leaf flower Hibiscus rosa-sinensis in estrogen and fertility level of male rats eggs, as well as in the characterization of phenolic compounds extracted using Kromatokravaa liquid technology of high performance HPLC. 36 rats were used white adult, at 12 y cr and 24 male Female divided into two groups each containing 6 rats were fed to the first group at a dose of 300 mg / kg bw / day for 60 days, and I went back the second control group. It was paired all the males from both groups a pair of female Tmanah for two weeks. The results showed for the increase of moral P <0.05)) in the level of estrogen to male rats Elmejrah compared with the control group. As the results show for a significant decrease P <0.05)) in the percentage of pregnancies in female pairing with males treatment as there has been no pregnancy until the sixth week confused, the pregnancy rate of 16% and reached the seventh week and 50% in the eighth week of confusion, compared with the control group, which amounted to pregnancy where the ratio of 100% in the second week. The results also showed six of the vehicles in the diagnosis of phenolic extract of the plant blossoms responded beauty using HPLC method are: acid steel Salsellk Acetysalisaic acid, acid Alkruceng Chlorogenic acid and coumarin Coumarin and lutein Lutein and Saandin Cynidin and Korosten Quercetin.
